DESCRIPTION:Duration: September 26\, 2025 - October 12\, 2025\nAs part of 
 the "Inclusion Network Saxony" project\, which was funded by the Free Stat
 e of Saxony until 2021\, the social media campaign "Faces of Inclusion" wa
 s created. It shows people with and without disabilities who are committed
  to inclusive coexistence in Saxony in their very own way. It portrays peo
 ple who experience new opportunities and possibilities through inclusive o
 ffers or who encounter obstacles and problems due to a lack of inclusion. 
 The very individual perspectives make inclusion in Saxony more tangible an
 d tangible.\nFrom 2022\, the social media campaign was successfully contin
 ued in the "Challenge Inclusion" project funded by the Free State of Saxon
 y. The focus was on "young faces of inclusion" from Saxony. The portraits 
 once again emphasise the particular challenges faced by young people with 
 disabilities or chronic illnesses.\nOver the course of the project\, more 
 than 70 interviews and portrait photos were created and published on vario
 us digital channels. The response to the interviews was consistently very 
 positive. However\, it quickly became clear that it was often not possible
  to reach people who have little or no contact with inclusion via social c
 hannels. This gave rise to the idea of reaching many more people with an e
 xhibition travelling through Saxony. Especially those who have little conc
 rete association with the term "inclusion". We are very grateful that we h
 ave received funding from Aktion Mensch\, which will enable us to turn our
