DESCRIPTION:Kappel is changing - and with it the memories and experiences 
 of the people who live here. But what does this neighbourhood mean to the 
 residents of Chemnitz? What is associated with certain streets\, squares o
 r buildings? What stories are hidden behind the places that people pass by
  every day?\nStories should be heard. Memories and impressions will be exc
 hanged during a joint tour. What do people see and what do they feel when 
 they walk through Kappel? What has changed? Which places mean something\, 
 evoke memories or give hope?\nThe collected stories will be used to create
  a tour - a collection of personal perspectives that show Kappel from the 
 point of view of its residents - and further ideas can be developed togeth
 er in the workshop.\nEveryone is welcome to take part - regardless of age 
 or how long you have lived in Kappel or the neighbouring districts. Anyone
  who simply enjoys visiting Kappel and spends time there regularly is also
  welcome.\nAnyone who would like to take part should come to the Ikarus re
