SUMMARY:Microproject | Journal launch: Back to Black? Crisis\, authoritari
an radicalisation\, and counterstrategies in the 21st century
DESCRIPTION:Even though the far right today does not present itself as a p
aramilitary organisation like the Italian Blackshirts\, many are currently
warning of a return to fascism. Is this justified? Why are right-wing mov
ements so successful today\, and what can be done to counter them? The rec
ently published booklet ‘Back to Black?’ attempts to formulate answers
based on the contributions made at the Kantine. These are sometimes local
\, sometimes global\, sometimes theoretical\, sometimes activist in nature
\, but what they have in common is that they view the current state of aff
airs as untenable.\nWe want to present key arguments from the booklet\, sp
ark your interest in reading it and in the Kantine Festival\, and invite y
ou to discuss with us the question of appropriate anti-fascist practice in
the present day.\nThis follows on from the Kantine Festival held in July
2025 at the Subbotnik\, which took place under the title ‘Kantine-Arditi
  – on Fascism and Anti-Fascism’.\nFurther information is also availabl
 e at kantine-festival.org
