 ill present themselves at the Hartmannfabrik and provide insights into the

 ing civic engagement in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region for sev
 eral years now. Funding is provided for non-commercial\, creative projects
  that expand the Capital of Culture year with new formats and encounters\,
  thereby strengthening the vision of a creative and vibrant Chemnitz.
