DESCRIPTION:Author Stefan Tschök is visiting all 38 cities and municipali
 ties along the PURPLE PATH in 2025. There\, he will not only present his b
 ook "Was? Chemnitz?!"(Paperento Verlag)\, a tongue-in-cheek instruction ma
 nual for the Capital of Culture\, but will also engage in dialogue with th
 e residents: What do the local residents actually gain from the Capital of
  Culture title? What do they get out of it - and how can they get involved
 ?\nThese questions are at the centre of the panel discussion\, in which gu
 ests from the town always provide answers - and the audience is also invit
 ed to take part. In addition to Tschök\, Steffen Krätzsch\, responsible 
 for urban planning/urban development at the town hall in Hainichen \, will
  provide information in the neo-rococo hall in the "Goldener Löwe" . The 
 works of art at the PURPLE PATH will also be discussed.\nNiederwiesa\, Fra
 nkenberg and Hainichen lie like a string of pearls along the C15 city rail
 way line. For the Open Monument Day on 14 September 2025 \, this very trai
 n route will be part of an unusual event format based around the theme of 
 the Capital of Culture. This is because all three locations are closely li
 nked by their industrial and cultural past - in terms of textiles\, for ex
 ample - and have therefore created the "texTour" network. Author Stefan Ts
 chök from Chemnitz will be travelling through the municipalities for a da
 y on the City-Bahn. And in all three municipalities\, he will pose the que
 stion in a panel discussion: Chemnitz is the Capital of Culture - but what
  do we actually get out of it?
