Practical short advice and exchange on impact orientation in projects.
For whom?
Organizers of projects with European partners for the Capital of Culture Year 2025, especially projects from the Bid Book, participants of the Soft Skills Academy I: Capacity Building and Networking Program for Project Ideas and Soft Skills Academy II: Civil Society Pilot Projects, Celebrating Generations, Cross-Border Cooperation with partners in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany.
And all others who have been thinking about how to achieve a social impact with a project for a longer time.
How?
How would we like to achieve an impact? What social changes do we want to initiate? And how do we align our project plan so that goals, resources and activities are in harmony to achieve this impact?
These and other questions are the focus of the online workshop „Impact-oriented project development“. In two hours, there will be an introduction and input on the topic of impact-oriented project development; the opportunity to reflect on one’s own project and to give each other feedback in peer-to-peer exchange.
The content is based on a pragmatic understanding of impact orientation. It is primarily about passing through the core, the coherence of the impact and sustainability of one’s own project and reflecting on the meaningfulness of one’s own actions.
