The PERSPEKTIVEN film festival is part of the "zum beiSPIEL:MENSCHENRECHTE!" project from Kulturhaus Arthur in Chemnitz and was launched in conjunction with the ASA-FF e.V.'s neue unentd_ckte narrative programme. The aim of the project is to teach children and young people about human and children's rights in workshops using age-appropriate methods, thereby breaking down prejudices. In an increasingly ageing society, we want to use this format to give young people in particular space for their interests and perspectives. This is realised by the youth film jury.
