The last film in this year's Focus 2025: Generations series is "Enkel für Fortgeschrittene", a German comedy film by Wolfgang Groos from 2023. The film is a sequel to the 2020 production Enkel für Anfänger starring Maren Kroymann, Heiner Lauterbach and Barbara Sukowa. This time, they help out in an unconventional way in a children's shop for after-school children and provide a lot of humour.

In the Capital of Culture year 2025, the Chemnitz cinema "Metropol" will be part of the annual Europäische Filmfestival der Generationen . In preparation for this, the Team Generation of Chemnitz 2025 has designed a monthly film series especially for older people. As part of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025, Team Generation is entrusted with the participation of children, young people, young adults and older people and is developing a programme that takes up and combines their perspectives.
