A dramatic author's evening that combines performative readings and electro-acoustic improvised music. Jurij Andruchowytsch and the multi-instrumental Karbido Trio juggle with contemporary aesthetics, genre patterns and the sound-creative memory of the musical avant-garde to create a musical-literary experiment. The theatre evening is a musical interpretation of texts from the novel Radio Nacht, read performatively by the author. It is the story of an opponent of the regime who imitates his own radio programme in a hiding place (perhaps in prison). The background to the plot is the time of the pandemic, climate protests and Russian aggression - a time of burgeoning hopes for radical change.
