The garage courtyard as a stage

Garages have always been places of encounter. The #3000Garagen concerts in the garage courtyards are intended to reactivate the local community and connect the neighborhood.
The musician duo Stiehler/Lucaciu toured the country in summer 2023 with their album "Klappen und Tasten - eine grenzenlose Reise ins Ich". Their musical style: a humorous mix of classical music, jazz and pop. On their tour in a camper van, they stopped off in front of the open door of an empty garage on Chemnitz's Kaßberg. Around 200 happy visitors relaxed and enjoyed the music and the company on this summer evening. And they wanted to know: Where and when will the next garage concert take place?
The first concert inspired the people of Chemnitz to become self-efficacious: In summer 2024, garage users and the #3000Garagen team are organizing three more concerts in garage courtyards in Euba, Altendorf and Kaßberg.
