In the Capital of Culture year 2025, the Chemnitz Metropol cinema will be part of the annual nationwide European Film Festival of Generations. In preparation for this, the Generation team is inviting older people in particular to a monthly film series. In this new film series, films will be shown every last Wednesday of the month at 11 a.m. from February to November 2024 that focus on the reality of life for older people. After the movie, there will be an opportunity to chat over snacks and drinks.
