The Hat Festival is an event organised by C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH and one of the projects for the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 programme. It will be continuously developed over the coming years and is already expanding into the European cultural region. in 2023, the Hutmobil will be on the road with three international acts in six locations in the region on 13 and 14 May. From 19 to 21 May, artists from ten nations will perform in Chemnitz city centre.
