In 2025 an exhibition will honor an array of eminent personalities who have influenced Chemnitz. Sculptor Ulrich Eißner has created an impressive gallery of expressive portrait sculptures. Visitors can experience a thrilling encounter with people whose work has had ongoing impact on the city’s history – from legendary athletes and artists to personalities in science and culture. These works tell inspirational stories and lend expression to Chemnitz’s uniqueness. The exhibition invites you to discover the city and its extraordinary minds in a new way.
