Starting at the Schwarzenberg information centre, the tour takes in sculptures, panels and installations by various artists - in the old town, the castle park and other prominent locations. Afterwards, the special exhibition "KunstSpuren" can be visited in Perla Castrum Castle.

The PURPLE PATH art and sculpture trail presents permanent contemporary sculptures in public spaces and tells stories from Chemnitz and 38 communities in the region. Works by more than 60 artists are on display.
