Young people between the ages of 14 and 19 can take part in the CREATE.U basic programme to set up their own projects and events for Chemnitz 2025. Whether it's their own art exhibition, a sports event or a fashion workshop - CREATE.U provides support with a diverse supporting programme to turn their own ideas into reality. Together with mentors, the project groups develop and organise a youth culture project or event.

CREATE.U - Young Culture made in Chemnitz

CREATE.U is the youth programme for Chemnitz 2025 initiated by Team Generation, which enables young people between the ages of 14 and 27 to implement their own project ideas in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region.As part of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025, Team Generation is entrusted with the participation of children, young people, young adults and older people and is developing a programme that takes up and combines their perspectives.
