The Dúo ASATO-PAIS is committed to the Argentine tango. Bandoneonist Ayelén Pais and pianist Cristián Asato combine elements from the "golden era" with modern musical forms to create a powerful and danceable style. The sound of the most renowned tango orchestras, such as those of Anibal Troilo, Juan D'Arienzo, Carlos Di Sarli, Osvaldo Pugliese and many others, flows unmistakably into this enchanting homage to the Argentine tango.
