The Stadthallenpark is the green lung of Chemnitz city centre and offers a wonderful backdrop for open-air events in a central location. C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH, together with Volksbank Chemnitz and many other partners and companies in the city, is taking the initiative to make the park attractive for the people of Chemnitz, especially in the summer months, to attract people to the city centre with appealing events and to make the park a positive, colourful place for everyone to meet.
Conceived as an admission-free cultural festival, PARKSOMMER offers a varied programme in a wide range of facets and genres from classical music, jazz, singer-songwriters, poetry slams and yoga for four weeks from 18 June to 21 July 2024 . Concerts take place in a relaxed atmosphere on a picnic blanket or in a deckchair.
The PARKSOMMER is organised by C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH together with Volksbank Chemnitz and many other partners and companies in the city.
