As part of an interactive workshop, participants have the opportunity to work independently on their projects or ideas using the Lego® Serious Play method. This innovative method makes it possible to grasp complex issues in a playful and visual way in order to develop new solutions. Participants receive concrete answers to their current questions and have the opportunity to refine their concepts. At the same time, they have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other founders and gather valuable ideas for their own work.

At the end of the workshop, tangible results will be produced, whether in the form of a further developed idea or an action plan to overcome specific challenges.

The workshop speaker is Elizaveta Petcheniouk, who has been an independent innovation consultant for over ten years. She works with a variety of methods, including Design Thinking, Lego Serious Play, Google Sprint, Future Design and Dragon Dreaming. Her clients come from various sectors, from DAX-listed companies, foundations and medium-sized companies to start-ups and individual founders. Petcheniouk supports companies in the development of services and products, the optimisation of team processes, strategic issues and the development of future scenarios.

Participation in the workshop is limited - early registration is recommended.

Makers²

There is no innovation without creative impulse. This is why Chemnitz 2025 brings entrepreneurs and engineers together with creatives and makers. The goals: to develop innovative and sustainable processes, better products and new perspectives on local tangible and intangible ‘raw materials’ such as industrial heritage or big data and to offer young people formats in which they can discover their talents and potential future prospects.
