Queer stories and perspectives are still underrepresented in Chemnitz - the Queer Network Chemnitz wants to change this with the CREATE.U project group "C the Queeno". To kick things off, the award-winning film "Portrait of a Young Woman on Fire" will be shown and discussed at the Metropol cinema in cooperation with the Capital of Culture 2025 youth programme. On the occasion of International Women's Day, the aim is to draw attention to this topic.
