The Sächsische Mozart-Gesellschaft e. V., together with Tango-Echo from Oscar e. V. and its tango community friends from Teplice/Prague, invites you to fill the parquet floor of the Villa with live music.
The villa: The two brothers Carl Ludwig and Carl Theobald Baldauf (1858-1909) recognised the advantages of the region and the signs of the times when they founded the successful button and metal goods factory Gebrüder Baldauf in Marienberg more than one hundred and twenty years ago and achieved a worldwide reputation in their industry. The Baldauf brothers commissioned the construction of a prestigious villa in Art Nouveau style with an imposing conservatory. At the time, it was an outstanding example of villa architecture for Marienberg and the surrounding area.
