Tango Revolution & Johanna Debreczeni
This extraordinary trio will take you straight to the heart of tango with an emotional and captivating experience. They present the soulful and atmospheric sound of Finnish tango. The trio consists of three outstanding musicians, each with their own expertise and passion for Finnish tango. Together, these three exceptional musicians create a unique synergy that transports the listener deep into the world of Finnish tango.

Johanna Debreczeni, a singer with a deep and powerful tango voice, introduces the audience to the essence of Finnish tango. Her interpretation is full of emotion and intensity and transports the audience into a world of rich, intimate expression. She won the title of Tango Queen in 2004 in Tango Markkinat, Seinäjoki.

Henna Leppänen, an accomplished accordionist, brings the melancholy and beauty of Finnish tango to life with her versatile playing. Henna is excellent at creating moods that range from bittersweet to hopeful, capturing the spirit of the music. She is an accordionist, composer and musician whose artistic expression goes deep into the heart of Finnish music.

Ville Rauhala, one of Tampere's most renowned double bass players and a widely respected musician, provides a distinctive and supportive bass foundation. Ville's playing perfectly complements the language of tango and provides a solid yet soulful rhythm alongside Johanna's voice and Henna's accordion.

Jenna Polvi is a passionate tango teacher who specialises in both Argentine and Finnish tango styles. Her diverse background includes dance styles such as show, jazz and contemporary dance as well as team gymnastics. Her first profession is physiotherapist. Jenna is a clear, present and warm teacher who bases her classes strongly on kinaesthetics and biomechanics, without forgetting team spirit and joy.

Vilhelmiina Sinervo is a Finnish circus artist with a passion for Argentine tango. Her profession as a balancer on the slack rope gives her a great somatic knowledge of the axes and the management of weight shifts. Vilhelmiina represents the Association Tango aMoroso ry, an association for Argentine tango and folklore from Tampere. Tampere is the twin city of Chemnitz.
