Aleksandra and Tomek Rutkowski are two of the founding fathers of Argentine tango in Poland. They founded the tango initiative in Wrozlaw in 2003 and are now part of an inspired and lively scene with their workshops, molinas and concerts - a city that is well worth a visit! For those who can't do that right away, there is an opportunity to get to know Aleksandra and Tomek in Chemnitz and work with them in a workshop.
They have been organising a tango camp in the Polish Tatra Mountains since 2014. They learnt from tango masters in Warsaw, Berlin and Buenos Aires. In addition to tango, they share a passion for Argentinian folklore.
Aleksandra and Tomek will present a small show at the concert & milonga on Saturday.
The workshops take place with a minimum of 3 couples. The maximum number of participants is 10 couples.
Aleksandra and Tomek cater to the individual needs and performance level of the participants.
