Celebrating the international art of radio practice in the city and on the airwaves

Throughout Europe there are free, non-commercial citizens’ and community radio stations. Here, people from different places produce their own programmes. In each case, they’re as different as the people themselves. For the first time, the Chemnitz community radio station, Radio T, is celebrating this diversity by organising Hear to C, a decentralised, international radio art festival, with international radio producers from Dublin, Graz, and beyond.
