For two days, the former substation in Etzdorf, known as UWE, will be transformed into a large gallery whose walls will be designed live by international artists and the public. Built in the 1920s, converted several times and used until the 2000s,  the old substation has been turned into a space for creativity in the Striegis Valley over the past five years. The spaces between the old switching cabinets will be filled with graffiti, stencils and murals. Anyone who wants to can build digital sculptures or screenprint posters. This site of technological history will be transformed into a walk-in work of art that will draw makers from near and far.

When: 7 to 8 June 2025

Where? Umspannwerk Etzdorf , Striegistal, Etzdorf
