For ten years, choreographers from all over the world have been coming to Chemnitz to showcase their productions of very different dance styles, both in traditional evening performances as well as on the city streets. This year, the »Odyssey in C« voyage of dance discovery is particularly special. For one day only, visitors can enjoy a dance spectacle inspired by James Joyce’s novel of the century »Ulysses« at 18 stations spread out between the Markersdorfer Oase park and the Karl Marx Monument, Sonnenberg and the Opera House. The Chemnitz Ballet and guest artists have put together a specific choreography for each location.
