A theatrical journey through time in ten visions
In a moment of irrationality, Susanne becomes pregnant. The father of the unborn child leaves her. Susanne is left with the question: what should happen next? She is lucky: Klingsor, a magical figure, appears to her in a dream to help. His appearance begins a journey through spaces, ages, countries and cultures. Sometimes they speak Hungarian, sometimes Romanian, sometimes German. We learn: Susanne and her ancestors come from the Hungarian-Romanian border region, which in the past was also populated by a German-speaking minority. A visually stunning spectacle of heart, instinct and intellect unfolds. Which of them will gain the upper hand? Can anyone win at all? And what will become of Susanne and her child?
