Diverse science, accessibility at cultural events or more spaces for exchange and socialising - together with Chemnitz University of Technology and the City of Chemnitz, we asked on German Diversity Day: What are your wishes, thoughts and suggestions for more inclusion and diversity in Chemnitz?
The aim of German Diversity Day is to show the flag for an appreciative, non-discriminatory and diversity-recognising society with public campaigns and to draw attention to the topic of diversity in companies.
The day of action was initiated by the Diversity Charter Initiative, an employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. Over 4,900 organisations with a total of 14.9 million employees have now signed the Diversity Charter and are publicly flying the flag for diversity. Chemnitz University of Technology, the City of Chemnitz and the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 GmbH are also signatories to the Diversity Charter.
