The Chemnitz puppet theatre takes the audience on a journey to the seemingly everyday things and stories that can be found in garages. In August 2025, a garage as a ‘miracle box’ becomes both the protagonist and the venue, taking a look at the memories of its owners, tracing communities and telling of lived disruptions. Together with the audience, the players embark on a joint search for spaces for the future and ask what is missing.
