The motto is the programme to establish the connection between the PURPLE PATH sculpture "Wildschweine" by Carl Emanuel Wolff and, above all, mining. Hike along the mining nature trail, music and hands-on activities. Catering will be provided. To round off the day, listen to records in the Schlachthalle.

 

The PURPLE PATH art and sculpture trail presents permanent contemporary sculptures in public spaces and tells stories from Chemnitz and 38 communities in the region. Works by more than 60 artists are on display.
