Bohnen sind echte Alleskönner: gesund, nachhaltig und überraschend schön. Dennoch werden sie oft unterschätzt – höchste Zeit, das zu ändern!

In diesem Workshop für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10 bis 16 Jahren wird die kreative Vielfalt der Bohne zu entdeckt. Gemeinsam mit der Künstlerin, Designerin und Programmiererin Akiko Takahashi aus Tokio (lebt in Leipzig) gestaltem die Teilnehmer:innen individuellen Schmuck aus Bohnen und ausgewählten Schmuckelementen. Jedes Stück wird ein echtes Unikat.

Während des kreativen Arbeitens gibt es köstliche, japanisch inspirierte Bohnensnacks. 

Für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10 bis 16 Jahren. Das Angebot ist kostenfrei.

Makerhubs

Nine Makerhubs in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture Region will become places where people can learn from each other and create something new together. They are also places where designers, craftspeople, entrepreneurs, the next generation of skilled workers and makers from all over the world come together. Visitors and creative tourists can experience regional culture and traditions at workshops. The Makerhubs are part of the Makers, Business & Arts programme. This main project of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 is all about promoting creative tourism offerings and cross-sector collaboration between industry and creative professionals. The project is being implemented by the Kulturhauptstadt Europas Chemnitz 2025 gGmbH in cooperation with the Landesverband der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft Sachsen e. V.
