A very special cinema experience awaits grandparents and their grandchildren on Wednesday, 30 July at 11 a.m.: as part of the Focus 2025: Generations film series, the Metropol cinema in Chemnitz is showing the warm-hearted family film "Max and the Wild 7".

The children's thriller tells the story of Max, who moves into a retirement home with his mother - where an unusual friendship soon develops with three sprightly pensioners. Together they set out to solve a mystery - exciting, humorous and told with a lot of heart.

The German comedy from 2020 (FSK 0, 87 minutes) is perfect for an intergenerational cinema visit. Admission: 6 euros | people who bring their grandchildren pay only 5 euros / person.
