On the Day of Libraries, 24 October, the starting signal is given for the book tour.

For the eleventh time, the Friends of the Lichtenstein City Library will be sending books on a journey, this time not just through the city, but along the Lichtenstein-Chemnitz reading axis as part of ClaXe.

For one week, books for children, young people and adults will be laid out in various places, e.g. in shops, public institutions, but also in parks, bus shelters etc., to be read, kept or passed on. The books are labelled and want to be found.

Anyone who has whetted their appetite with the "found books" is welcome to register at the Lichtenstein City Library (or, of course, other libraries along the reading axis) and take advantage of the wide range on offer, which includes much more than just books.
