Summer 2025 brings artists from all over Europe to Chemnitz to create confusion and disrupt habits. We invite these enterprising people to comment on their experiences of this city in actions and objects. They will bring joy and reflection with installations and colour, with light and advertising fakes. Unannounced surprises are their working style, discretion and play are their elixir of life.

In the centre of a compass rose made of tents, a campfire will be created, which will be used in the evenings from 29 to 31 August to invite international Hobos & Freighthoppers to join in conversations. There will be a book presentation, a film evening, a workshop and breakfasts open to all interested parties.
