A successful event does not end with the final applause - the right follow-up makes all the difference! From evaluating the event to reflecting on learnings: this workshop shows how to professionally conclude and optimise your own events.

Contents:

- Effective event analysis - What went well? What can be improved?

-  Using participant feedback - How to gain valuable insights for future events

- Making success visible - Tools and methods for documenting and measuring success

- Strengthening the network & community - How to make the event a lasting memory

This is the final step to the perfect event and laying the foundations for an even better event in the future!

CREATE.U - Young Culture made in Chemnitz

CREATE.U is the youth programme for Chemnitz 2025 initiated by Team Generation, which enables young people between the ages of 14 and 27 to implement their own project ideas in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region.As part of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025, Team Generation is entrusted with the participation of children, young people, young adults and older people and is developing a programme that takes up and combines their perspectives.
