Summer 2025 brings artists from all over Europe to Chemnitz to cause confusion and disrupt habits. These active people have been invited to comment on their experiences of this city in actions and objects. They will bring joy and reflection with installations and colour, with light and advertising fakes. Unannounced surprises are their working style, discretion and play are their lifeblood.

The Visual Noise project deals with the transformation of public space through graffiti tags and translates this phenomenon into an acoustic form.
