Ben Lepetit, Mozart Scholarship Holder of the Year 2016, began performing in public at the age of five, including at the Saxon Mozart Festival, and has since enjoyed a highly acclaimed career that also looks promisingly to the future. Numerous successes at international competitions stand alongside concert invitations to important venues such as the Gewandhaus Leipzig, the Berlin Philharmonie and the Mozarteum Salzburg. At the 35th Saxon Mozart Festival, we will meet Ben Lepetit at the Hartmannfabrik, which was a place where thousands of people came together to experience the diverse culture of our city, our region and each other during the European Capital of Culture year Chemnitz 2025.
The Sächsische Mozart-Gesellschaft e.V. was a programme partner of Chemnitz 2025 gGmbH in the European Capital of Culture Year 2025 and organised the Bewegende Klänge (Moving Sounds) project.
