Advent in the Erzgebirge: On snow-covered village squares, metre-high pyramids compete with brightly lit stalls, colourful stars light up the entrances to houses and the famous candle arches shine out into the dark winter world from every window. The Erzgebirge is and remains the land of a thousand lights. If you want to bring one of them into your own four walls, this year you can travel to Krumhermersdorf. During the cosy Hutznabend, a traditional ceramic house of lights will be created there. The little houses provide light and warmth and also create a festive atmosphere outside the Ore Mountains.
