Hear to C accompanies the transformations in the Capital of Culture year: the promised, the despised and the longed-for. The focus is on the question of who makes these changes possible.

The exhibition invites visitors to discover and reflect on the stories of people working in the cultural sector in Chemnitz and to add new narratives themselves. The result is a growing archive of lived urban transformation that shows how many perspectives and voices characterise the Capital of Culture year.
