Film series "In focus: Right-wing terror"

In the event series "In Focus: Right-wing Terror", we are looking at films that deal with the NSU complex as well as historical and current forms of right-wing violence, such as the "baseball bat years" or the uprising in Hoyerswerda. The film series follows the traces of right-wing violence from the 1990s to the present day - in chronological order and with a focus on Chemnitz and East Germany. It asks how radicalisation arises, what makes it possible - and what it has to do with all of us.

After each film, we will talk to those affected, filmmakers and contemporary witnesses and invite you to join the discussion.
