In the final planting festival of Gelebte Nachbarschaft, hundreds of apple trees will be planted together in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture Region from 19-26 October 2025: get to work, grab a spade and plant the future, don't forget to look after them and celebrate.

The "MiO - Made in Ottendorf" campsite is a jewel and will become even more idyllic with apple trees: some will complement the existing orchard, others will be added. Every helping hand is welcome for the planting campaign, let's get started: Spade grabbed and ready?
