The school garden of the primary school in the toy village of Seiffen is becoming green, greener, greenest! The pupils plant together - supported by parents and members of the Friends' Association.

Apple trees have already been planted in the world-famous toy village of Seiffen in 2024 as part of the Living Neighbourhood programme - an apple orchard was created in the Oberseiffenbach district. The "Fresslaube" will be planted in Oberseiffen on Saturday, 25/10/2025.

At the final planting festival of Gelebte Nachbarschaft, hundreds of apple trees will be planted together in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region from 19 to 26 October 2025.

Get to work, grab a spade and plant the future!
