HÖR @ Begehungen Kunstfestival & Betonblühen-Warm up

Young DJs from Chemnitz and the region will take over the music stage for an afternoon at the Begehungen art festival on 26 July together with HÖR. The Betonblühen festival also organises yoga and creative activities.

Vinyasa Yoga with Lena x GARTEN 7 ( @vistasofvinyasa - @garten7_chemnitz)
Breathing techniques (breathwork elements) are used to connect the body with the breath during the energising Vinyasa flow. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Followed by homemade iced tea. Please bring a yoga mat.
