Inauguration of the PURPLE PATH sculpture "Cumulus" by artist Jeffrey James with a ceremony. Musical accompaniment by the Orgelverein Stadtkirche Mittweida e. V. The Mittweidaer Fotozirkel opens an exhibition in the railway station building.

 

The PURPLE PATH art and sculpture trail presents permanent contemporary sculptures in public spaces and tells stories from Chemnitz and 38 communities in the region. Works by more than 60 artists are on display.
