Workshops, presentations and lectures on historical food culture in Chemnitz

The project "Kluska, Kloss, Haluska: Unity in Diversity - KLUSKA & Co." shows how Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic differ in terms of the area of Central Europe in prehistoric, ancient and modern times and share their culinary heritage.

Culinary curator Anna Ruminska is looking for parallels between early food in Lusatian  culture and the medieval Slavic and Germanic settlements. To this end, she wants to hold workshops on sustainable agriculture and historical food culture.
