On 10 December, the "Terra Madre Day" for regional and fair food will take place as part of the open and international Slow Food network in Kopaniec (Poland).
Tasting will take place: - Polish Fasola z Orzełkiem (PFO; Polish eagle bean) - a dwarf bean variety - Wine produced with minimal intervention at the slow food farm "Winnica Jania" - Dolnośląski Piernik Figuralny - a historic type of gingerbread
