The Freiberg City and Mining Museum opens its workshop doors on the first day of Advent. Then it's time to get creative again. This time it's all about making your own arm jewellery from colourful woollen threads. Under guidance, participants can try out knotting techniques such as cross knots, spiral knots and simple braiding patterns. Over, under, tighten. When the threads are linked together, dexterity and coordination are required. Loop by loop and loop by loop, your own bracelet grows, sometimes playful, sometimes elegant. What a colourful start to the most wonderful time of the year!
