This Wednesday, 19 March, Deutschlandfunk's discussion programme "Agenda" will be broadcast live from the Hartmannfabrik, the Chemnitz 2025 visitor centre. The panellists will address the question: "Can art and music promote democracy?"

Guests can listen to the approximately one-and-a-half-hour programme on site or live on DLF radio. The "Agenda" programme takes up current topics that move and challenge society.

The Capital of Culture programme aims to activate people as creative and self-effective individuals who contribute their skills and knowledge to shaping their social environment. They become European makers of democracy as soon as they realise some of this potential together with others.
