Makers united offers a platform for tech pioneers and creative thought leaders and brings together the regional, national and international maker community every year. This is where ideas are shared and the latest innovations are presented in order to shape the future together. What makes it special: Visitors can try everything out for themselves. Participation takes centre stage and makes it possible to experience technology, science, art, crafts and design in a creative and low-threshold way. Passion and knowledge are conveyed in exciting hands-on activities and provide lasting inspiration.

At the ‘Makers United’ hands-on fair, they will meet with creative people from other European countries and invite them to explore. The project is part of the main programme of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025.
