In the unique atmosphere of the canteen, with its 1980s charm, the reading invites you to linger. Over a cup of coffee, a slice of ‘Kalter Hund’ cake or another drink, you’ll have the chance to relive memories of the year Chemnitz was European Capital of Culture.

As in his previous book, *“Was? Chemnitz?!”*, Stefan Tschök’s new book, *“Greetings from the Province – Excuse me, which way to the Capital of Culture?”*, explores the endearing quirks of Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region. With a keen eye, subtle humour and a good dose of self-deprecation, he examines the region’s distinctive features, never failing to raise a smile.

The admission price also includes access to the two special exhibitions featuring paintings by Harald Hellmich, as well as fabrics and designs from the 1960s and 1970s from the pattern archive.
