If you find biscuits and stollen too sweet and dumplings with red cabbage too bland, you might be longing for a little more spice at Christmas. So it's a good thing that VANDA Chemnitz and the Erzgebirge gourmet manufactory are organising a mustard workshop just before the festive season. Here you can find out how the popular spicy paste is made from small, inconspicuous seeds with vinegar, salt and spices. Then it's time to roll up your sleeves and get to work on the seeds yourself. In around one and a half hours, all participants will have conjured up their own jar of mustard as an ideal accompaniment to a festive roast or as an original souvenir. All ingredients and drinks are included.
